Generate

Generate is held by the Electric-type roster: Elekid, Electabuzz, Electivire, Pichu, and the Pawmi line. Pokémon with this specialty can temporarily power lamps, machines, and devices with a burst of electricity.

They'll do this on their own as they wander near powered objects, and they'll also top up things you interact with while they're following you.

Early on, Generate is often the difference between a dim, quiet town and one with working lights, elevators, and cash registers — especially before you've run permanent power lines.
