Data collection and verification
The directory is built from structured records. Before publication we check required fields, duplicate IDs, URL slugs, material and recipe references, and reciprocal Pokémon–habitat relationships. Conflicts and exceptions enter manual review; missing facts are not hidden with generated filler.
Editorial responsibility and updates
Pokopia World Editorial Team maintains the content and Pokopia World Data Review reviews datasets. Dataset review dates are versioned; sitemap lastModified changes only after a real review or content change. The current site-level review date is 2026-07-18.
Automation and AI
Automation is used for schema validation, relationship calculations, spelling checks, and anomaly detection. AI may help organize drafts or code, but factual conclusions must trace to site data or listed sources. AI output is never presented as first-hand gameplay testing.
Sources and corrections
Guides display author, reviewer, update date, and sources. Directory pages disclose their verification method. Readers can submit the exact URL, field, and supporting evidence through the contact form; the editorial team reviews and records corrections.
Images, fonts, and game materials
Attribution and trademark disclaimers provide transparency but are not licenses. Media intended for indexed or monetized pages must record its source, license, commercial-use status, evidence, and review date. Unconfirmed assets must be replaced with original neutral graphics, text cards, or placeholders before AdSense application.
