Eat belongs only to Mosslax, Pokopia's sleepy gourmand. Once per day you can serve Mosslax a meal, and the dish you pick determines which buff the whole island enjoys for that day.

Different foods shift different systems: some make rare materials more common, some alter the mix of wild Pokémon spawns, and others boost specific gathering or crafting outputs.

Because the effect refreshes daily, Mosslax's breakfast is one of the most strategic decisions you can make — planning your meal around the day's goals (fossil hunting, farming, building) multiplies your efficiency.
